……………………One of the themes for my 1991 RESORT COLLECTION for Anne Klein was………”FISHNET”……………The fishnet fabric was quite open and the “cord” of the fishnet was substantial giving the fabric a rich designer look…..Here are some of the croquis I did, and some of the actual clothes with fishnet details….I mixed the fishnet with cotton poplin and cotton/span knit….They were perfect travel and vacation clothes….I even used the same fishnet fabric for accessories…..a fishnet and canvas tote….and the crown of a cotton duck bucket hat.
