TWO MORE NEW ITEMS !!!!!!

Hi everyone!!!! I’m back!!!
Today… is one week since my operation and I am doing quite well. I find out on Monday, when I visit the surgeon, how my shoulder is doing! One of the nurses, who prepped me, told me to start taking the pain meds as soon as I wake up [her husband had the same operation]. I took her advise and never had any pain. I want to thank all of you for all of your good wishes. I read all of your notes and I appreciate every one of them. Jac has been an ANGEL!! Believe it or not, sometimes I can be a pain in the……..LOL
I have some additional good news! I will also be on the morning show, which starts at 6:00am, with two addition NEW items. A213623, is a solid cotton sateen (my quality) unlined jacket. It fits like the Leopard print and the medallion print, so you know your size. It has 3 dyed to match buttons down the front and all of the button holes are bound like the graphite essential jacket. It has band pockets and the 3/4 length sleeve is finished with a band and button….bound button holes, too. The entire jacket has 1/2″ top stitching for added detail. THE INSIDE OF THE JACKET IS TOTALLY PIPED. This jacket in ANY high end store would be triple digits….easily. The colors are all brand new and very beautiful. They are all soft and somewhat pastel. They are: LIMEADE, a soft pale lime that still has a little punch, FROSTED LILAC,which is just how it sounds, a cool soft pretty pale shade and SAND, a cool pale tan…..not a warm khaki….the new sand…. is more like damp sand on a beach. The stretch cotton sateen….brings these colors to life!!! Perfect spring/summer dressing. Great for work, play, any special occasion…Easter!
A213625, is a coordinating tank. This tank is in my poly/rayon, light weight, knit fabric and is very similar in style and fabric to my A199267 tank. This tank has a 5/8″ georgette ruffle trimming the tank neckline……not too much…..just to make it a little more feminine.
The colors are limeade, frosted lilac and sand. THESE ARE TONAL COLORS, not matching colors….I prefer it that way…….I didn’t want it to look like a set. I highly recommend that if you select one of these jackets.. get the tank…….it will be so worth it. I know you will love these! As always, the quality is SUPERB!!!!
I will let you know what the Doc says and , of course, I hope to see you all on the 24th and 25th. Jac thanks you all for your wonderful messages,
……..much Love, Louis

So Happy to hear that you are having a speedy, painfree recovery!!
    That is wonderful news.
I am home recuperating so I will be able to watch all of your shows.

      Dear Ellen,
I hope all is going well! I started my therapy yesterday and all went well. They all remembered me from two years ago when I broke my left shoulder. They said….”welcome back!”….not something I wanted to hear, even though I knew they were just being nice..LOL

  2. Nancy

Wow Louis! That’s pretty serious surgery! So very glad that you are now on the OTHER side of it. Thanks to Jac for her update 🙂 Looking forward to seeing you both on the 24th! From now on, bring the wood in on one of those rolling cart/frames made for that purpose 😉 Love and good thoughts!

Louis – I have a question on items being presented on March 24. I am planning on purchasing prior to items being presented so I don’t miss out. I am going to order A213268 the Hydranga Pencil in pink. I would like to order the coordinating scoop neck, A213272. Which color do you recommend to go with the pink hydranga pencil skirt? THANKS!!

    1. louisdellolio

      Dear Mary,
To go with the pink I did three colors that work. The pink is a med. shade and matches some of the flowers in the print, the green matched the leaves and works with all the print colors, the white also works with the print…..I will be showing the pink skirt with the pink scoop neck and the matching floral top…if that helps……….Louis

      1. Mary

Thank you very much for your reply. I’m going with the pink!!

  4. Chris/Jazzmom

I was wondering if on the new tank tops we will have to size up as we did with the ruched tanks (A199267) that were once available? Also, how much yellow is in the limeade color? I cannot wear certain yellows with my skin tones. Warmer yellows yes, cooler yellows no. Thanks for your quick responses.

Hope as each day passes, you are getting back to yourself again!!

The wonderful weather we had these past two days had me in my garden and I felt like my old self again (pre surgery).

    1. louisdellolio

I really don’t know if you will have to size up, but the new tank was modeled after the older style. If you had to size up due to bust measurements, than I would think you would have to do the same with this tank. That’s the best advise I can offer…I hope it helps…..Louis

Sounds like you’re having a great recovery! Like the rest of the Linea Ladies, I can’t wait for the new shows!

  6. DBL of the Napa Valley

    Dear Louis,

I knew that you would have a speedy recovery with darling Jac taking care of you! I can’t wait to see the two of you on QVC next week. Please let us know when the new items will be posted. Your Linea ladies know how quickly your fashions sell out.

Are the new pebble crepe tops and crepe pants great for traveling? I think they are wrinkle-free and if they can dry overnight after hand washing, I know that I will be purchasing all colors!

    Fondly,
    Dariann

    1. louisdellolio

      Dear Dariann,
The pebble crepe is the same fabric I used last spring. It came in the jumpsuit and big shirt in olive and azure, and the pull-on pant and long bias skirt….both in purple and black. I highly recommend these new pieces. They are easy care and great for travel….they fold up to nothing. I thought about the many requests for wash and hang to dry and wrinkle free. I love these pieces and the production is beautiful…..the pull-on crop pant is a must in all colors. They can also be accessorized in a zillion ways.
Thank you for the restaurant info…..I passed it on and it was greatly appreciated………….Louis

  7. Alexandra

I’m so happy that you’re feeling better, Louis!!! And I’m also VERY happy to hear about MORE new items… YEAH!!! I’ve already included them on my “wish list” :-)…

    Best wishes,
    Alex

Will the limeade tank coordinate with the blue/green medallion print?

    1. louisdellolio

      Hi Tristan,
The limeade and frosted lilac t-shirts are both much paler than the medallion prints. I do not object because they are in the same family. The are not anywhere as strong as the medallion prints and don’t match as well as the tanks, with the contrast bands that are still avail, that were dyed to match the medallion print. If you were wearing either solid jacket and tank with the medallion print skirt….that would look good too. Again, if that is your sole purpose for the tanks….you may be disappointed, but if you owned them for other things…then I would say absolutely.

      1. Tristan AKA Celia

Thanks, Louis- I do have the tanks with the contrast bands. But the new colors sound lovely! So glad you are sounding so well.

  9. Tristan AKA Celia

Will the lavender go with the lavender/pink medallion skirt?

  10. NCGal

I am so glad you are doing well. I am looking forward to your upcomming shows and buying your new garments!!!

I wait for your line to buy both my business and personal wardrobe every season.

Thank you for the style and quality you bring to all of us on QVC.

  11. farmerwife

The 2 new additions sound great. I am going to have to decide on colors, as I know I want at least one of the sets. Interesting question about the purple boho and if it would coordinate with the frosted lilac. I have that skirt and would love to know if the colors would work together as well. Thinking of getting one jacket and all three tanks, as I’m one who wears tanks a lot in the summer, and these sound really interesting with the ruffle trim, just something a little different than a plain tank. I’ll have to go and assess what color “bottoms” I have to work with these tanks. You sound really upbeat, like you are feeling better, and we are all really happy about that.

    1. louisdellolio

      Hi,
You absolutely can wear the purple Boho with the Frosted Lilac. The purple Boho is much darker, but they are both in the same family. It looks as if you took the purple and added lots of white and came out with the f. lilac. The sand is very neutral nd I am showing the Limeade with the turquoise peasant skirt….so don’t be afraid to mix colors…..accessories pull it all together…..Louis

      1. farmerwife

I have the turquoise peasant skirt as well. Sounds like I need both colors. Thank you so much for answering our questions. It makes our shopping experience with you so much easier.

  12. Carol

    Louis,
So glad you’re feeling well and will be able to do your upcoming shows. As you can tell, we’re all starving for a Linea fix!

Does the new frosted lilac coordinate with the purple boho? Or does the tank coordinate with the lavender animal print blazer (A201016) or the iris leopard print jacket(A83571)? I have the green and lavender colorways of the pailette trimmed sweater sets (A29714). Will those tanks coordinate with the new jacket?

Finally, since I get confused with different time zones, are you saying that these new items will be on a fourth appearance for the day at 6 am ET/3 am PT?

Thanks, and keep improving! Let Jac know she did a great job as your designated blogger!
    Carol aka crdlb

    1. louisdellolio

      Dear Carol,
I know for sure the frosted lilac looks great with the purple boho and both animal prints. I looked at the colors of the sequin trim sweater sets and the lime doesn’t work. The lavender is closer, but I didn’t love it. The tank is darker and grayer….the frosted lilac is paler and cleaner….especially due to the cotton sateen………..Louis

  13. Chris/Jazzmom

Glad to see you posting again!! I think all of us are excited to see the new items to be presented soon. It has been such a long winter and new clothing fits the bill for spring!! Glad to hear that you are on the mend!! Hugs to Jac and the girls.

  14. Debbie M

Welcome Back!!! I can not wait until Thursday. I hope I can get what I want, which is just about everything.
