Love traveling with faux crepe de chine – it’s marvelous! These ‘new’ prints sound very exciting.

This fabric takes the color so well. It is so rich and saturated. I’m more of a neutral person but went for the chili pepper and am so glad I did. I love this jacket so much and really love the way it looks with the twig skirt and tank along with chunky jewelry and belt. Thanks to you this turned into a perfect win-win-win-win: fabric, design, style, and colors.

I love this color too! I call it the red that everyone who would never think of wearing red, could wear this red! It is not a glaring red. I have the chili pepper boho skirt, the georgette safari blouse w tank and also several of the WK items in this color. Surprisingly the Pucci/Gucci inspired print top in the red works very well with these pieces. Having the Limoges blue jacket and loving the fit, this chili pepper jacket was a definite must for my wardrobe. Will we see chili pepper skirts besides the boho in the future?

I’m rooting for a new skirt style in chili pepper as well. You read my mind, Chris.

There is a new Batik print short skirt on the light cotton coming in May in a CHILI PEPPER/BLACK combination, that I love….it’s a terrific addition to all the chili pepper pieces.

          Hi Louis,

Will this Batik print be a placement print?

          Thanks.

          Chris

No, it’s an all over print………….I have another on the faux crepe de chine that is a placement print coming in May.

No. that was a georgette. This is the same fabric as the long shirts I just sold in yellow, pink and blue….and last years Ikat print and top

Can’t resist this jacket, but I can’t resist ANY red. BTW, thank you for the beautiful aubergine WK SKIRT!!!! We’re going to need a jacket to go with….pretty please.

Louis, you know I cannot stand a verbal vacuum when I think something positive should be stated. In this instance, it is a “hurrah” for chili pepper. What a juicy, yummy shade that can be worn well by nearly everyone (maybe everyone). My first exposure to it was that roll tab button front shirt with belt (A22656), and there was more yellow in that garment than I prefer. So I, a lover of cooler reds, wasn’t thrilled and sort of felt “meh” toward the popular shade. But then I picked up the pebble crepe tunic in chili pepper and had an aha moment. That was the chili pepper for me and the one everyone has been oohing and aahing over, I figured. I am buying it here and there now as I go along. Picked up a couple of your new chili pepper WKs already. Love this color!
