They are by Donald J Pliner, and they are made in an elastic crepe. The style is a sling back mule which rides high up on the instep giving the look of a shoe boot. The style # for the NAVY is X28G2 and they are $198. Neiman Marcus has free shipping and returns so nothing ventured….nothing gained. Jac owns these in black and has worn them on the shows with the Peek-A Boo lace tights. Since the shoe also has an elastic sling back strap it really shows the fancy tights well…… She thinks they are extremely comfortable, and the heel is only 2 1/4 inch high which is not extreme. Just when I thought I was almost done for the season, you pull me back in! Well, the navy is a given as I already have a tank, a TN, and the ENR pencil skirt; black is, well, black! Always room for yet another black sweater, especially with the gunmetal buttons!
Two questions: can you remind me of the colors for the new WK skirt and is it ENR?
And, the inevitable chili pepper/brick red comparison question: can they be mixed? How do they compare as WK to WK?
Dear jmarie….stone and olive are the two new colors. If you aren’t too picky then yes they can work together, but some styles, due to the color, work better than others
I’m sorry, I think I was unclear. I was asking about the new WK skirt that’s longer and a gored shape? It looks like black is one of the colors.

This is the cardigan I have been waiting for, Louis! Navy and Hunter for sure. Along with the tanks, which I also love to wear over blouses when the weather is really cold. But I’ll probably cave on other colors as is usually the case. Now off to write reviews for my latest purchases!
I bought the Navy/Cream Pinstripe Pants from your last show. I plan to order the navy cardigan, even though I already have a Navy Boyfriend Cardigan. This new navy cardigan seems to be better for me to wear in the fall/winter months. I didn’t get the Pinstripe Jacket, as I wanted a more casual look.

Fabulous, just fabulous, Louis! Now, Red Brick for sure, then of course, Black. If I get the Navy and the Hunter, personally, I will switch the buttons putting the Silver on my Navy and the Gold on my Hunter—but that is me. I can pass on Ivory, as it does not flatter my skin tone–what a relief—LOL.
Of course, matching tanks, too.
Here’s an idea for a new piece–how about a “STRAIGHT JACKET” so I can have my hands tied behind my back so I can’t shop—signature Linea buttons, of course—LOL!

Such a dilemma! I will save you money with the tuxedo…..It was doomed from the beginning…..After sitting in boxes for a year….my manufacturer decided it’s just not shippable…..she’s taking the loss, but she feels that’s the only right thing to do.
Hope she sells them to an ebay seller. Her unshippable might be someone else’s heckuva bargain!
