I have heard from some of you and so far ….so good. Of course there will always be size issues, that will never end unless I do one style forever! In general it seems most of you are happy. I told you the braided fabric wasn’t delicate, but for some reason….far beyond my understanding, Brenda got the bad one which sent some running………no need to run the reviews are excellent! Louis my goodies arrived and everything is magnificent to the 100th power. My knit leggings in olive and navy are great, my moss casablanca is stunning and the material is wonderful in the petite length, I brought the black/topaz dress in petite love…the material I just love the feeling of my maxis, the lace jkt w/trim in white looks knock me down gorgeous with this beautiful textured white skirt, as soon as I took the skirt my hubby said that is so me and I can say this material is not delicate at all. I also got the hoodie in aqua because I love the peony pink so much, the set of two WK tank and tee in black this time I already have the PP set and I got the v neck tunic in blue which is beautiful. I am so ready for a trip! Thanks for that you do and continue to do. Now I’m off to write my review on the Q.

HI Louis, I received the striped maxi dress yesterday. I absolutely LOVE it and gave it 5 stars! I used to purchase your maxi dresses in regular length but went with the petite this time. I’m 5’4″ and the lengths seemed a bit longer. Well, the petite is perfect!!! The dress give me a magnificent shape….which it don’t have anymore. Please consider doing more maxi dresses without the umpire waist….they tend to make those of us who are busty a bit frumpy….at least on me. Thank you for your fabulous fashions….I’ve been with you since day one on The Q!

Mine has been coming arriving over the last few days and everything is a WOW. That bolero? Are you kidding me? It looks and feels like something from Loro Piana. I’m wearing it today with the black sexy tank and the tile print skirt in magenta from last year. And the new braided skirt is not only oh-so-designer, but so flattering and comfortable. I don’t see this one coming apart at the seams; it’s one durable fabric. I’m ordering a second black skirt as a back up as I think this one will be my replacement for my all-time favorite, the black drawstring skirt. My new tropical print maxi is at the tailor being transformed into a mini and I’m having a hairband made from some of the extra (Like I did back when you had the chain print–still a favorite). I also ordered the now-discontinued cardigan in charcoal which I wore on Monday with white skinny jeans, white skinny GAP tank and a gunmetal fish. Gorgeous. Last year’s spring stuff was great but your really killed it this year. Amazing.
I am patiently (tapping my foot) waiting for my haul but I am expecting to pick it up this weekend from my P.O. Box. I did wear one of my ombre dresses in blue this past weekend to lunch with my girlfriends with the jean jacket and what a hit. I initially tried it on quickly because I ordered two sizes and the smaller of the two fit perfectly, comfortable, cool and flowy. I can’t wait to wear the goldenrod next month to a wedding. I so love this material it’s a no brainer that when I travel these dresses will not be left behind at all.
Hi Louis, I haven’t received my braided top yet, but I know it will be just fine. I had hoped to take it with me when I leave for Europe today. How chic it would have looked! I’ll just have to wait until I get back.

I have received my haul the last two days. I picked up the sexy tank in black as a back up, my third pair of black super crepe slim pants, 3 braided tunics, 2 casablanca, both embroidered shirt jackets, topaz maxi, and both boleros. I think that does it. I have not yet tried it all on, but I did wear one of the braided tunics all day yesterday. What a great show, now if only I had a larger closet.
So far I have received the slim ankle pant in khaki and black; the Casablanca dress in azure; and am waiting for the white braided skirt and top. I wasn’t going to order the eyelet blouse until I read the great reviews from other ladies, so I ordered it in black. Also, I just received the leisure turquoise hoodie and wore it golfing today with white shorts–received many compliments. I liked the hoodie so well that I ordered the leisure jacket and tank in navy. The comments on the French striped sweater were so good that I just ordered it in navy. And I got the new white necklace and earrings. I have had the sky blue “boho” blouse for a couple of weeks and adore it. Have to say that I love most everything! Louis, I used to wear St. John pretty much exclusively; and now it is Linea, pretty much exclusively!
Yes, the goodies arrived today. I received the braided tunic in white (in perfect condition by the way). The brown zigzag skirt will look great for fall with the black mock neck that I purchased. I’ve had my eye on the turquoise and wisteria short sleeve whisper knit shirt for quite a while. It came home with the turquoise whisper knit cardigan. I’m glad I waited until they were on clearance. I’m very happy with my purchases!
I received all my goodies yesterday – 4 packages! Spent the evening modeling my new clothes. Sadly, the two dresses didn’t work for me. While beautiful, they were too baggy on me, I didn’t fill them out in the right places. I can imagine them looking fabulous on others though. Oh well…different strokes for different folks. At least I have my zig zag dress. 🙂
Fortunately I got several other things that worked out wonderfully. I love the textured tunics in all three colors. Being in Florida, I will get a lot of wear from these year round. When I saw them, I knew I needed them. They are definitely “me”.
I hadn’t planned on ordering the eyelet blouse, but once I saw it on the models, I ordered the black. Love it worn open over a tank. May have to go on waitlist for the white.
Got the short sleeve boleros in black and ivory (perfect for my freezing office), and the WK bolero in black that is on clearance.
Got the tank tunic in charcoal (already have the black), would love this in more colors.
Tried the slim ankle pants too and surprise surprise I really like them. I’m generally a boot cut jeans kind of girl, but these are very nice. Great fabric and fit.
Got some more of the WK v-neck tanks too (black and wisteria). Great basics. Already have the dark tan and geranium pink which I’m wearing today.
I have the watercolor tunic in peacock and flame and was lucky to snag it in the fuchsia too. I get compliments each time I wear them.

Over a black and white sundress for a wedding; Linea sateen crops, last year’s cotton floral ankle pant … what couldn’t you wear these with?!? Designer dressmaking details on a modern, slightly edgy eyelet at an incredible price, and in my plus size … HAPPY, with THANKS to Louis!
I received the topaz stripe dress in petite. Louis, you were right, it looks good on curvy gals like me. I tried it on with one of your blazers and it will look great for fall too. good value for the money. No returns from me and looking to order again if wait.ist shows up in my size.
I bought two of the Casablanca dresses. Love them too. I also plan on wearing them in the fall with a jacket. I had to order the azure color in regular so I am hemming it 5″. no big deal,however, I REALLY appreciate petite maxi dresses. I LOVE the moss color.
One last thing, keep making items in this fabric. Your color selections are vibrant, striking, and fresh. looking forward to July shows.
My goodies won’t be arriving for some time. Some only shipped yesterday. Don’t get me started on their shipping issues!
Heading for Staten Island on Friday night for a weekend wedding extravaganza. It’ll be almost all LDO all the time. The only exception is that I need a long gown (not MY idea) for the black tie reception. So many chic Linea outfits for the “forever” family photos. (the bride is my niece). Thanks for sending me off with Linea confidence.

I am awaiting UPS to deliver the Casablanca dresses in magenta and azure. I will report back with pertinent info re: fit and if the magenta dress works with the open lace cardigan you designed a few years ago. I am wearing the white braided knit top today over a red tank top from Macy’s.

The dresses have arrived and they are fabulous!! Magenta and azure look very nice on me– the empire waistline is at the right spot on me and the magenta open lace cardigan is a little on the dark side for this dress, in a pinch it could go together (dark end of the tonal family) but I would probably go for a solid shrug with it. I chose the Petite Small for me.
