It’s a lovely story. The only other time I heard that expression was Feb 2nd, from my uncle.
Louis, it reminded me of my wedding day in July also. Top of Tower Suite in Rockefeller Center for a view of Manhattan….could not have rained harder and then we were complete fogged in! Alway think of that day when you say “men make plans and God laughs”.
