“THE SEA GREEN WK V-NECK SWEATER”

sea1

…………………………The SEA GREEN WK V NECK SWEATER……A259623……is so much more than a basic V neck sweater. This V neck has many interesting details that make it unique and very special…..Starting with the V itself. It is created by a series of ribs that start in the back creating the back neckline, and follow around to the front. From the shoulder seam they continue down the front joining with the ribs from the opposite side of the V, and then continue down the front melding with the ribs that create the WAIST WHITTLING torso ribbed band……………..The SLEEVE CAP has shirring which gives the sweater a very feminine effect, and the bottom of the long sleeve ends with a wide band of ribs creating a slight blouson sleeve. All of these details gives this style a very feminine almost retro look………………………The SEA GREEN is a new color in the WK family. I think the photos are pretty accurate…..if anything the actual color is a little deeper……..The sweater is approx. 24 inches long for the xs…….Sea Green can be paired with any bottom color…….grey as shown above…..navy, walnut, ivory etc. etc. make it a very versatile color……and a season-less color. Add your Gunmetal Falling Leaves for some delicate movement and you are complete…

………………………………………………………enjoy……………………………much Love…………………………….Louis

Has it completely sold out or not yet become available? I keep getting “sold out” notices with no graphics of the sweater when I search the item number. Thank you.

This sea green will also work with sand bottoms or the pale khaki slim leg pants (A265615)?

Beyond the fact that these are great colors, the style of this sweater really appeals to me. Is it the same gauge and weight as the original waist whittling sweater, A210360? In my opinion, that sweater and the surplice sweater, A237407, are the very best whisper knits of all time. I’m not a fan of this new lighter weight ENR.

This is a jersey sweater, which is like my basic TN. so It is lighter than the two you mentioned which I believe was an ENR, but not sure.

Louis, Please make a Magenta V-neck WK for next year. I love your new sea green V-neck and magenta would be a good reorder color.

Oh, this is lovely, Louis. You are killin’ me! Because of the ribbing, would you suggest moving up a size? Or would that throw off those beautiful shoulder/neck details? I love the quiet but emphatic pizzazz this sweater has. For someone who is weak for deep reds/burgundies, I also have a deep weakness for rich or gently rich greens.

Dear Goldie…..I don’t know how you usually order your sweaters , but I see no reason to size up. If you own anything else rib the waist whittling ribs that would be the size I would still recommend……..This is a very special green shade.I think a very flattering color.
