…………In a season of many new Whisper Knit styles…..the SPLIT COLLAR, A390227, is the newest being offered…………..It has an ENR body and sleeve, and it has fully fashioned armholes. The ribbed cuff is approx. 4 inches wide with a 3/8 inch tubular which attaches the cuff to the sleeve [photo bottom left]……..It is the COLLAR however that gives the sweater its’ pizzazz!……..It is 4 1/2 inches high when fully extended, but when it is folded over it has a 1 3/4 inch stand, making the fold over collar approx. 2 1/2 inches……When it folds over it naturally splits open….The sweater is approx. 24 1/2 inches long for the XXS…….This Bisque WK sweater will match perfectly to the WK Big Deal Cardigan, and the WK midi skirt……If you look closely at the photos of the WK skirt [on the top row] you will see I have it on the form backwards with the Tubular and slit in the front….just another way to wear it [you can even wear it with the slit over one leg creating a front and back panel]……..The Split Collar has the look of a turtleneck, but it isn’t quite as high as a classic TN. The split neck gives the look of a WING COLLAR……….It has a very Town & Country look….very sportive, but still very classy……..It is a collar that works under EVERYTHING!….from the a fore mentioned BD Cardigan, the Bisque Riding Jacket,  and the Bisque tweed jacket…….It is super chic when mixed with BLACK  like the black cardigan and the riding jacket….or GREY, and NAVY. Any black jacket will look stunning with Bisque including your trenches, leather and suede…..real or faux………When you get invited again to a “dressy/ casual” party the embroidered Latte skirt and the sweater is just what dressy/casual means. It is the perfect thing to wear to at home parties with family and friends……and so COMFORTABLE!……As I was playing with different accessories, I perchance saw the FANTASY BLOSSOM NECKLACE in the GLASS GUNMETAL BEADS…..I put it on the form with the new Bisque Tweed V-neck jacket, the Bisque sweater, and the grey Ponte Boot Cut pant…..WOW!……I think is looks INCREDIBLE….just fantastic for when you want to raise the Fashion bar several notches!………….I know you will enjoy this new style very much, and I’m sure you will be reaching for it quite often for years to come……………enjoy………………..much Love…………………….Louis

…………………..I think it’s important to know why I consider a color a “KEY COLOR”……….When a color is as versatile as the Caramel is, and works easily in your wardrobe with many things, and coordinates to many of the new Linea pieces…..it becomes a “key” piece……As you can see above…..I have mixed the Caramel Split Collar sweater with many things……both NEW and VINTAGE Linea pieces. I’m sure many of you own some, if not all of the pieces above. Many of you have already made an investment in the Caramel color in certain styles…..This sweater will finish any look you pull together….You must experiment mixing colors!!!!
