You may want to check with QVC. Like Grace, I also ordered the necklace and the earrings yesterday. I just went out to check on their status after reading Grace’s post and found both pieces were on backorder. I suspect that Grace and I will not be alone in this backorder mess. I’m going to reorder the necklace and earrings, cross my fingers and hope for the best.
I understand that these are very challenging times. But QVC seems to be getting worse, not better, like other retailers. As you said, the mind boggles.

Louis, I just checked and the necklace is not sold out. So, I re-ordered the necklace with express shipping and cancelled the “backorder” one. I do not understand QVC’s system, but just a heads up for anyone else who sees the dreaded “backorder” pop up.

I found and ordered the earring to match but I didn’t hear you mention that they were coming.
I didn’t show them because “we” didn’t know they had been posted. They just arrived and it usually takes a week or more to be processed so we were surprised too.
