Hi Everyone,
I just wanted you to know that in addition to my show on Sunday Aug. 28th, I will be on PM Style on Monday, Aug. 29th. I will have one new item and from what I have been told….Lisa chose it. I will tell you this….it is a brushed cotton topper. It is the same body as the A78354, the french cuffed blazer, except it is long sleeved and doesn’t have a french cuff…LOL….but the body and fit is the same. This “topper” measures 35 inches long for an XS. It is done in a brand new bold and beautiful print….but that is all I’m telling you…..I have to have some surprises!
On another note, last night we saw the last of the three shows Jac gave me tickets for my Birthday. The evening started off as one huge disaster! It was pouring rain and the traffic into the city was at a crawl. I really thought this would be the first show we were going to miss the first act! Thank goodness we left really early due to the weather because, it took 2 and 1/2 hours to get in. We got to our seats 6 minutes before the show started!!!The show we saw was “War Horse”. This was without a doubt one of the best shows I have ever seen. I would easily say it is in the top 5……and I’ve seen a lot of shows. It was truly brilliant and, the second it was over the entire audience JUMPED to their feet and gave a well deserved standing ovation. The staging was simply brilliant…..no easy feat considering the story. If you are coming to NYC or live in the area this is a must see event!

Well, I hope our comments on the PM Style blog will help you get more of these spotlights! I ADORE topper coats, so I can now add that to the growing list of August purchases. I already have the ivory ethnic topper with black embroidery and two of your boucle toppers–one in olive to go with all your new olive pieces. Looking forward to the August shows and scooping up all the great sweater and slacks basics to go with all the fabulous Linea jackets I own.
War Horse is coming to LA next summer, and Spielberg has made it into a film, too. I plan to see both.
