The second color being offered in the TANK, A252353 & the SKIRT, A252354 is……………………..TWIG……….For all of my neutral color lovers….this is for you……As a COLUMN of COLOR, it is rich and looks very CHIC & so DESIGNER, but it can easily be mixed with a range of colors,,,,from white and ivory to black, walnut and navy……not to mention my TWIG/WHITE end on end LINEN BLEND jacket and pant coming in April. I will say this is a difficult color to match up with other solid fabrics in TWIG……As hard as we tried they are off as you can see with the TWIG WK BOLERO, A232520, above. For those of you who want it exact exact….it is not…I would then suggest a contrast color. I however, find it an acceptable tonal match and would definitely wear them together. Taupes [which twig is in the family of], and greys are the hardest colors to match fabric to fabric. Of course, since the tank and skirt where cut from the same lots of fabric,,,,they match perfectly. You really can have fun accessorizing this color. I have chosen Horn and bone necklaces from my personal collection to use in the photos, but my BRONZE FACETED GLASS BEADS, J284043, and DROP EARRING,J284042, are the perfect compliment to TWIG……Silver, gunmetal and chocolate are all metals that look wonderful with Twig……Turquoise, butter, nectar, hot pink, lime, navy and black are just a few accent colors that work beautifully with Twig…………….you can go NEUTRAL all the way, or accent TWIG with COLOR………both look equally good……….scroll down……………………………………..

The last color I am offering to you in the RAYON /SPAN JERSEY KNIT TANK, A252353 & SKIRT, A252354 is……………NAVY………………LINEA NAVY………… You know by know I like MY NAVY to be dark….a true MENSWEAR NAVY….a SAILOR NAVY…..not blue…not royal, but an INK NAVY. For me there is only one TRUE NAVY….and this is it….all others are wannabees………………………………………………………………………….I do want to express, though I am showing for the most part the skirt and tank together, that these pieces are true SEPARATES, and as separates, will give you the most wear for your dollar. You really can’t do better than this LINEA NAVY TANK with my LINED IVORY CREPE pants, coming in April, any my new GOLD PALM FROND NECKLACE!………WOW…..Throw on the matching IVORY CREPE BLAZER and you will look like you spent THOUSANDS! The CREPE JACKET over the NAVY TANK and SKIRT can take you to any semi formal affair…………TIMELESS, SIMPLE, CHIC, ELEGANT………………..LINEA……………………………………………………………..

EVERY SPRING….someone asks…”is lace still in?”…………..LACE IS ALWAYS IN!….it’s what a designer does with it that makes it CURRENT or not. There was lots of lace shown on the spring runways, but the newest looks were when lace was used as SEPARATES…….Yes, of course there were plenty of dresses and plenty of lace inserts, but the freshest looks, for me, were the “sportswear looks”. Lace is not only meant for gala evenings or special events anymore, but don’t the celebs walking the “RED CARPET” always look incredible in SUNSHINE YELLOW evening gowns!……This is a skirt you wear with a T SHIRT, FLIP FLOPS and a JEAN JACKET strolling on the board walk at ATLANTIC CITY…….or simply worn with a tank and sandals to a graduation, bridal shower, engagement or birthday party. It is the perfect take away skirt that can be both casual or dressy…depending how you put it all together……..Wear it over a bathing suit and go for a nice lunch at the beach…….sounds good….doesn’t it!

Above, is the SUNSHINE YELLOW LACE SKIRT, A252347, worn with the SUNSHINE YELLOW  WHISPER KNIT V-NECK 3/4 SLEEVE SWEATER with the rib bottom, A251583, and to top it off….the SUNSHINE YELLOW JEAN JACKET, A232350….. See…. there is a method to my madness……..given time….it all comes together….accessories and all! ……The skirt fabric is very SOFT! ….and is made out of a blend of Nylon and Rayon. It is LINED in the same poly stretch knit as all of my Boho skirts. It is a PULL-ON SKIRT with a full elastic waist….no zippers. The silhouette is A-LINE, and it is a SIX GORE SKIRT. The length of the skirt is 21 1/2 to 22 1/2 inches depending where you place the waist band……This skirt should NOT be any longer, we tried it, and it just didn’t look right……………………It’s time to get the TAN TOWELS out or the JERGENS MOISTURIZER ….”NATURAL GLOW”, one of Jac’s favorites. This is a hand wash item, but I’m sure if you turned it inside out and put it in a lingerie bag, washed it in cold water, it would be fine, but you didn’t hear me say that! LOL…..In the photos above, I have chosen to accessorize the outfit with my new GOLD CHUBBY HOOPS, J288005, and the GOLD CROSS NECKLACE,J270119, which unfortunate, or fortunately…..depending how you look at it….has sold out for the third time…..maybe they will get reordered for a fourth time!? However, there is a wait list being taken.. I will also be showing my GOLD PANTHER LINK WATCH, J373959, with the GOLD CHAIN BRACELET, J159966, to complete the look……….I know that there are areas of the country that are already having HEAT WAVES!!!, but for us in the north, waiting for yet another snow storm….all I can say is……………..COME ON SPRING……GET HERE ALREADY!!!!!!!….

The SUNSHINE YELLOW LACE SHELL, A252346, is the perfect coordinate to the LACE SKIRT…or….a wonderful spring/summer separate on it’s own. The shell has a slight EXTENDED SHOULDER….not quite a cap. It has a TANK LINING in the same stretch knit as the skirt. The tank lining is only attached at the shoulder….the rest is free. In this color it is dyed TONALLY with the lace. The knit is also used to pipe the neckline and armholes. The shell has a definite shape….it is not a BOX. There are BUST DARTS as well as BODY DARTS, so be careful of the “click here measurements”.  There is definitely stretch to the fabrics, but I would not say it is a stretchy top like some jerseys are. If you are full busted, take extra care of the bust measurements….you may have to size up one….maybe not……..I hate giving fit advise, because sometimes I can lead you astray….so…..check the measurements! The top measures 23- 23 1/4 inches for the XS. It is not meant to be a long top! It is meant to be a few inches over the skirt or in the case of photos above…..a few inches over the SUNSHINE YELLOW JEANS, A252357…………..You may want to take the SUNSHINE YELLOW BOYFRIEND WK CARDIGAN, A251578, along with you for when there is a chill in the air…….a perfect resort or CRUISING outfit…………I have simply accessorized the outfit with my STATEMENT GOLD CHAIN HOOP EARRING, J267610, pierced or clip, and I will be showing my new GOLD WIRE CUFF, A288011………I have also chosen to show the outfit in the photos above….. in the SUNSHINE YELLOW, because it ALL works SO WELL, but of course, you can, and should also break it up with white, navy, gray, twig, chino. etc etc….these are SEPARATES, and are meant to be MIXED & MATCHED…………………………………………………………………………………….enjoy………………………….much Love……………………………………Louis
