Starting this week….and maybe even TONIGHT….the new ……..”LINEA PONTE”………OLO group will be posted on the Linea site for ordering. So many of you have been asking for a more CASUAL group of clothing from me……….well………..this is it………..LINEA STYLE!! ……….To start with it will consist of FIVE NEW STYLES……ONE JACKET…..THREE TOPS…..&…..ONE PAIR OF PANTS………….BUT to spice the offerings up even more there will be one more new piece that will be presented on my SEPTEMBER 25th two hour show. You all know the ponte quality by now…..It is the same as the PEPLUM TSV JACKET. For me it is the perfect cross over from DRESSY to CASUAL.
The first offering is the A237387……….the colors above are…………BLACK…..&………..WINE….They both have GUNMETAL TWO WAY ZIP FRONTS……..the inseam pockets have INVISIBLE ZIPPERS. If this jacket looks familiar …….IT IS!…..It is the same body as A230025, the animal “TORTOISE” jacquard zip jacket that so many of you…..who have discovered it…..have fallen in LOVE with. The only difference is the fabric…..the jacquard fabric may be a little heavier due to the construction……………….This is your GLAMMED UP ZIP FRONT SWEAT SHIRT……wear it to the kids soccer games or to a Saturday night dinner or movie……..wear it grocery shopping ….or to church….wear it with jeans or the matching ponte pant….a pencil skirt or a maxi……this works for ANY and ALL life styles!……It is totally unlined as any casual sweat shirt jacket would be…..for total COMFORT….but…it still maintains that POLISHED LINEA LOOK………..This entire grouping was designed with YOU in mind, so I hope you can find a piece or two that you like…….scroll down for more…………………………………………………………………………………………enjoy…..much Love…..Louis

Love this jacket style. I especially love that the pockets zip closed from the bottom. I appreciate that feature so that I won’t lose keys or phone while active — walking, bicycling, kayaking, et cetera. Hope that it’s wildly successful so that maybe we get it back next year in charcoal or dark brown.

I’m in love with this jacket. Perfect for a more casual lifestyle that I now have. Loving the 2-way zippers….like you say perfect for sitting for long periods or in the car. Can hardly wait to see the rest.

All of the answers to your questions will be posted soon on the Linea site. It is the same fiber content as the peplum jacket and the same length as the animal jacquard jacket. The pant is not in petite and they are letter. Sized since they are pull- on knit

These jackets are just fabulous!! I love the TSV, and I know these jackets will be as wonderful, too. One request that I have with respect to these jackets (and for other of your other jackets, particularly during the summer months) is that you design some tops or light sweaters in white, winter white, or ivory to wear with them. Whisper knit or the acrylic white sweater from last spring/summer would work great. I really missed being able to pick up some of your white tops this past summer to wear with my Linea clothing, particularly when I had to go “off brand” with some ribbed tees instead. Yuck! What a come-down–going from your great white top from last summer to a ribbed tee! I would have re-used last summer’s white acrylic top, but you know how whites are–they need to be replaced seasonally because they lose their clean, crisp look.

Thanks so much, Louis! I love your clothing so much, though, that I prefer to wear a top with a sleeve, such as short sleve, in summer. A sleeve helps jackets wear better over time. Now, if I didn’t really care about the jacket, that would be a different story, LOL!
I am so excited about these knits and am glad my pyramid finally landed today from the last show! Five styles is perfect! These are going to evaporate as soon as they are posted. Love! Would you say the wine is closer to aubergine or magenta–or half way in between? Will it pair well with the fuchsia whisper knits. If we have the raspberry ponte knits from last year, is this a color that will work with those pieces?
Can you tell I”m excited? This is airplane and ballgame chic–comfywithout the look that it was your number one consideration in choosing what to wear.
